After completion, replaying or redistributing the same story without purchasing a new license is prohibited.

4. Payments and Refunds

7. Story Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, or remove stories periodically. Purchased experiences remain valid for the purchased session only and do not include future updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

Death by Dinner, Inc. is not liable for:

• User-generated outcomes during gameplay.
• Technical interruptions, delays, or system downtime.
• Loss of access due to violation of these Terms.

Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.
