Description

In the heart of the ancient Eldergrove forest, a gathering of the high-ranking Elven society is set in motion at the grand arboreal estate of the influential House Sylvanis. Lush canopies stretch overhead, their leaves whispering secrets, while luminescent fungi cast an ethereal glow across the network of intricately carved wooden bridges and chambers. The evening is one of tradition and duty, as the Elves convene to witness the passing of leadership from the venerable Lord Elondriel Sylvanis to his chosen successor. The atmosphere is thick with anticipation and the weight of obligation, as each guest harbors their own hidden agendas and allegiances. The tranquility of the evening is shattered when the body of Lord Elondriel Sylvanis is discovered amidst the enchanting glow of the Moonlit Arbor, an ancient ceremonial clearing. Gasps echo through the forest as his lifeless form, marked by a single puncture wound revealing the use of a forbidden elven blade, lies sprawled upon the sacred ground. Immediately, the Elves' graceful composure gives way to whispers of betrayal, as suspicion falls upon each of the gathered guests, all of whom had reasons to either adore or abhor the victim. As the night unfolds, alliances are tested and secrets unravel. Each character is entwined in a web of duty to their respective lineages, bound by oaths that mask hidden desires. The stakes are high; failure to unmask the murderer could lead to an all-out conflict among the Elven houses, shattering centuries of peace and balance within the Eldergrove. The truth must be unveiled before the dawn breaks, or the darkness of distrust will prevail.
